MEMS Air Flow Meter

AM1000 is designed for air flow velocity metering in a duct or an
open space. This product is design with applications of  energy
efficient HVAC system, smart appliances and Internet of Things
(IoT) in mind.  Anywhere gas flow is desired to be measured or

FS1022 series mass flow sensors are specially designed for
personal ventilators for CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway
Pressure).  The sensor integrates MEMS mass flow sensor with a
MEMS pressure sensor that provides the necessary information for
the proper performance of the state-of-the-art CPAP ventilators.  
The miniature package not only provide space saving for the
ventilator but also provide high accuracy and fast response for both
mass flow rate measurement and gauge pressure data while with
a very low pressure drop and small dead space.
